I've very much been enjoying the on-the-go hydration from waterboy. The flavor is just right! I tend to let myself get dehydrated during the day at work, so this is my go-to when i get home and can feel i need some quick hydration. Its prevents the headache and quickly brings my mind back where it needs to be.

I have POTS and have tried at least a dozen electrolyte drink mixes and this is by far my favorite. The ingredients are pretty clean and has a great amount of sodium. I hope to a wide variety of flavors in the future.

This is the best thing. I suffer from severe hangovers, usually waking up at 5am with the WORST anxiety , nausea, etc. Liquid IV, gatorade, etc never helped. This had me waking up like I never drank. No anxiety or nausea in the morning. 100% recommend.

I’ve tried all of the hydration packets out there, and nothing compares to waterboy. I have POTS and super low blood pressure so I need to drink a lot of water with lots of salt, and water boys have seriously been an absolute game changer with my health and actually keeping me hydrated. I make all of my friends drink them whenever they come over and every single person is always blown away with how good they feel after they drink it!!
