CETAPHIL Everyday Sunscreen Tinted Face Lotion SPF 40 is a lightweight, 100% mineral UVA/UVB filter sunscreen for daily use on even the most sensitive skin. The broad spectrum SPF 40 formula creates a physical shield to block harmful UVA and UVB rays to help prevent sunburn and decrease the risk of skin cancer and early signs of aging due to sun exposure. This tinted formula blends seamlessly with a variety of skin tones and immediately neutralizes the look of redness to visibly even skin tone. Formulated with Vitamin E to help defend skin from surface free radicals, Allantoin to help soothe skin, and Licorice Root to help reduce visible redness. I have combination skin that's becoming mature, and I'm also dealing with dermatitis. The formula is decent--it goes on smoothly, though it did accentuate some of my dry spots (I can prep better for that). Comparing it to the original "Sheer" sunscreen, which was straight glop, this is an improved formulation. It is not tinted enough if you are medium tan or darker. For reference, I use bare minerals Complexion Rescue subscreen in Shade 7.5, Dune.

I was really looking forward to using this product. I generally love cetaphil products but not this time around. I have sensitive oily skin. This caused breakouts and added extra oily shine.

I really enjoyed how this felt on my skin. It's very smooth and lightweight like a moisturizer and did not look dry or too oily on my skin. The problem is that it was too orange and dark for my complexion. And as the day went on, it appeared to oxidize on my skin. Just looked to much like I had the wrong color foundation on. Ended up returning.

This sunscreens feels nice and applies easily, but the tint is very warm with pretty intense yellow undertones. The coverage is quite full, so I don’t think very light or very dark skin tones will be able to pull this off.

I bought this a few weeks ago and am very pleased with the results and quality. The tint is perfect for my rosacea coverage and the overall coverage feels and looks great. Looking forward to continuing using long term. I also have oily skin and I feel this keeps my oily looking face matte thru the day. Does not make me look oilier at all.

Finally!!! After trying SO many different tinted face sunscreens, I have landed on the perfect one with this product! I have purchased many different tinted spf options, from several brands with different price points, and this is, hands-down, the best. I have light/medium skin tone and this formula blends in perfectly, while blurring pores and skin redness. My combination/sensitive skin feels moisturized, but isn't greasy with this sunscreen. I use this in place of foundation or CC cream, so can't attest to how it layers under those products, but it pairs wonderfully with my under-eye concealer. I'm so excited to have found "Cetaphil Everyday Sunscreen Tinted Face Lotion" and I highly recommend it!

Thicker than I expected and does provide good coverage. I used it on my neck and it got all over the back of my white t-shirt so it's best to use it more like makeup for face only. I'm fair-skinned and though it skews ever so slightly dark/orange, it fades down a bit and is okay for a general daily sunscreen. I had a hard time getting it off. Washed twice with foaming cleanser and a bunch more came off when I used toner. Will have to use a makeup remover before washing. I guess this means it's good protection though!

I have sensitive & combination skin so it is difficult to find skin products that work well on my face. This tinted Cetaphil face sunscreen is like the soulmate/yin yang of my skin! Unscented, no shine, non greasy, non-irritating, glides on the skin like butter & blends well to my skin tone. And I love it that even if I apply a thick amount on my face frequently, I don’t look like I have dried flour on my skin as its white counterparts do. Great quality at an affordable price. Deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you, Cetaphil!

I love everything about this other than the one shade fits everybody. I’m fair skinned and blonde and this does not match. By itself it isn’t awful but if you want to add concealer or layer any other makeup it doesn’t work.

It did not blend in well for me at all. My husband and I went shopping and he asked what was wrong with my face. I must have sweated and had a line crossed my forehead and cheek. I did get sunburn on my nose also. This definitely was not for me. I did like that there was no harsh fragrance and the packaging was simple.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive this package from influenster in exchange for my personal opinion. When you first squirt the lotion out, it’s very light. However, it blends into the skin fairly easily, but does leave a little bit of a tint. For people with darker skin, there are probably sunscreens better suited. There is a little bit of an odor, but it is not overwhelming. The texture is smooth, and easy to apply when rubbing into skin.
Better than the high-end brands!

I absolutely ADORE this tinted sunscreen - lightweight consistency that glides on easily without accentuating dry spots like other tinted sunscreens have done. Good sheer-medium coverage, lovely natural finish. Better than the 5+ high-end brands I've tried. BUT - it's slightly too yellow/dark for my fair skin. When are you coming out with light / medium / dark tints like your biggest competitor just did? Pleeeaassseee!!!!
